Established with the goal of flipping more than just burgers, Cook Out is focused on building rewarding careers and sustainable growth for its employees. Known for its fresh, made-to-order food and distinctive Southern-style menu, Cook Out exemplifies a company culture that values hard work, dedication, and team spirit. The company has experienced significant growth due to its dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences and its unique business approach that fosters employee advancement and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role that places you at the heart of the action, working side-by-side with your team to maintain the high standards that customers expect. As an Hourly Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, and managing labor and costs. This role is ideal for energetic, motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for coaching and developing their team members. Cook Out champions a performance-based company culture, which means your career growth and advancement opportunities are directly tied to your dedication and achievements.

This role offers competitive pay based on experience, along with the potential for additional performance-based bonuses. Employees enjoy a healthy work-life balance with 4-5 day work weeks and flexible scheduling to meet personal and professional needs. Comprehensive benefits are provided after 90 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, helping to secure your health and well-being. Financial security is supported through a 401k plan featuring up to 4% company matching contributions. Paid vacation is available along with holiday time off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, ensuring time to recharge and celebrate with loved ones. Employees also receive perks such as free food during shifts—a tasty bonus that reflects Cook Out’s dedication to employee satisfaction.

Working as an Hourly Restaurant Manager at Cook Out means embracing a fast-paced role that requires sharp multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proven leadership mindset. The position demands a leader who can both manage operations with precision and foster a positive team culture that promotes growth and excellence. If you have at least one year of management experience—restaurant experience being a major advantage—and a genuine enthusiasm for developing people and driving business success, this opportunity at Cook Out could be your next career move. Join a company that rewards excellence, promotes career growth based on performance, and values your contributions in every aspect of the business.
