Job Description

Aramark is a global leader in food service, facilities management, and uniform services, proudly serving millions of guests daily in 15 countries around the world. Rooted in service and driven by a strong sense of purpose, Aramark is committed to delivering exceptional experiences to its clients, partners, and communities. The company operates with a mission to foster a workplace that supports equal employment opportunities and values diversity, ensuring that all employees can thrive regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, military status, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic. Aramark’s emphasis on professional growth and development provides employees with the chance to cultivate their talents, fuel their passions, and build rewarding careers within a supportive environment.

The Food Service Site Manager role at Aramark is a critical operational leadership position, responsible for managing contracted services for a single client or client outlet typically generating up to one million dollars in revenue. While the primary services are food-related, the scope may also encompass facility support, custodial services, and other operational aspects, depending on client needs. This is a full-time role focusing on meeting stringent operating and financial goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Food Service Site Manager, you will lead and inspire your team using Aramark’s coaching model to maximize individual and group performance. You will be accountable for ensuring that both employee and team objectives align with client expectations, driving continuous improvements through daily briefings and active communication with clients regarding operational progress. You will handle essential financial responsibilities, including the preparation and management of profit and loss statements, and ensure that financial targets are achieved through effective cost control, margin improvement initiatives, and efficient operations.

Your leadership will extend to fostering a safe and healthy work environment for employees, customers, and clients alike, strictly adhering to applicable regulations covering safety, health, wage, and hour laws. You will maintain operational excellence by closely monitoring labor and food service initiatives and leveraging Aramark’s systems, performance metrics, and data analytics to educate your team about key operational levers that impact profitability.

This role demands a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, sound decision-making abilities, and keen analytical insight. It also involves some physical requirements such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing, along with the adherence to uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

Joining Aramark means becoming part of a company with a global footprint and a local impact, committed to doing great things for its people, partners, and communities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about food service management and operational excellence to grow their careers in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Whether you are seeking a new challenge, a place to belong, or comprehensive professional development, Aramark’s Food Service Site Manager role is designed to help you achieve your full potential.
