Job Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience or training

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or training
- Experience in corporate or conference center management preferred
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work with multiple software platforms
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
Job Duties
- Serve as primary point of contact for high-profile and large engagements
- Develop and communicate comprehensive event plans
- Manage master meeting and events calendar
- Coordinate pre-event planning and post-event reporting
- Source and recommend vendors for catering, decor, entertainment, giveaways, etc.
- Manage on-site event logistics including vendor coordination and compliance
- Provide informal guidance and support to junior team members
