Job Requirements

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience or training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or training
  • Experience in corporate or conference center management preferred
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work with multiple software platforms
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • Serve as primary point of contact for high-profile and large engagements
  • Develop and communicate comprehensive event plans
  • Manage master meeting and events calendar
  • Coordinate pre-event planning and post-event reporting
  • Source and recommend vendors for catering, decor, entertainment, giveaways, etc.
  • Manage on-site event logistics including vendor coordination and compliance
  • Provide informal guidance and support to junior team members
