Job Duties

  • Conduct a final details call with clients about 6 weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics, timeline, and client expectations
  • Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, ensuring all participants are confident with key cues and processional flow
  • Act as the primary advocate for the couple on their special day, maintaining a calm and solutions-oriented presence throughout any challenges
  • Oversee ceremony and reception setup to ensure alignment with the event design and execute our day-of playbook effectively
  • Manage the entire wedding day from the arrival of vendors to the evening's final breakdown
  • Greet and direct vendors, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they receive clear setup instructions
  • Coordinate and assist with the arrangement of personal and event details, such as escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, and décor elements
  • Support the wedding party and family members by providing guidance, timing cues, and assistance with any day-of needs
  • Ensure all end-of-event items, including gifts, guest books, and personal décor, are properly packed and accounted for
  • Proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes, ensuring a seamless guest experience
