The Executive Event Planner will spearhead the comprehensive conceptualization, design, and operational management of diverse high-profile events. The core responsibility will be to manage all aspects of event planning from initial ideation through final execution. The planner will also negotiate and maintain relationships with an extensive network of vendors, such as caterers, decorators, audiovisual teams, and entertainment providers, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism. A key part of the role is to oversee logistical operations—including staffing, registration processes, transportation coordination, and accommodation arrangements—ensuring smooth and efficient event flow.

Job Duties
- Conceptualize and develop creative event themes and concepts
- Manage event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
- Source negotiate with and manage relationships with vendors including caterers decorators AV and entertainment
- Select and secure appropriate venues conducting site visits and evaluations
- Develop detailed event timelines production schedules and run-of-show documents
- Oversee all logistical aspects including staffing registration transportation and accommodation
- Manage event registration processes and attendee communication
- Provide on-site management during events ensuring seamless execution and problem resolution
- Coordinate with clients throughout the planning process providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefings to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and emerging trends
- Ensure all events adhere to safety regulations and legal requirements
