Job Duties
- Assist with setup and breakdown of events, booths, and promotional displays
- Support event staff and managers during live activations and campaigns
- Engage with attendees, donors, and customers in a professional manner
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with brand awareness efforts
- Help manage event flow, registration, and attendee sign-ins
- Maintain organized, clean, and well-prepared event spaces
- Represent client brands and nonprofit partners positively
- Provide general support to ensure successful event execution
