Bath Planet is seeking a motivated and energetic Show & Events Coordinator / Manager to join their team, based in Richmond, VA. The Show & Events Coordinator / Manager will be responsible for identifying, organizing, and managing local events within the Richmond territory that generate qualified leads for the sales team. This includes researching potential event opportunities, negotiating contracts, building an annual calendar of events, and coordinating all aspects of event execution. The role also involves recruiting, training, and managing event staff, ensuring that each team member is equipped with the skills necessary to engage effectively with homeowners and drive lead generation.

Furthermore, the coordinator will oversee booth setup, manage contest entries, schedule free in-home consultations with prospective customers, and closely track event performance to optimize results. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to maximize lead conversion and contribute to the overall business growth. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during events
