Job Description

The EmPower Breakfast is a well-established and rapidly expanding business networking event that originated in 2001 and is growing its presence across cities throughout the United States. This dynamic event aims to foster improved business practices and empower individuals to reach their fullest potential by creating meaningful, people-centered networking opportunities. The company is currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to lead the EmPower Breakfast sessions in the Williamsburg area, contributing to this growing national initiative.

This particular role is a contract position for an Area Director responsible for managing the EmPower Breakfast program in the Norfolk area. Offering the flexibility of remote work, the Area Director will benefit from comprehensive paid training, designed to equip them with the skills needed to successfully use EmPower's automated systems. The position requires approximately 15 hours of dedicated work weekly, focused on coordinating the event's logistics, recruiting sponsors, and ensuring a seamless and valuable networking experience for all attendees. This role is particularly suited for small business owners, including professionals involved in multi-level marketing, financial planning, real estate, coaching, and other entrepreneurial ventures that value expanding their network of influence. Job Requirements
