Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks to team members, follow up on progress, and report results
- supervise Guest Service department including customer experience, sales promotions, and organization of Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas
- oversee Kitchen department to maintain food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
- handle People department responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
- support overall restaurant sales and profit goals through effective management
