This respected club is committed to creating a workplace that nurtures professional growth and values teamwork, ensuring every employee feels part of its special legacy.
The Busser position at Los Altos Golf & Country Club is a temporary, part-time role offering competitive hourly wages ranging from $20 to $27 per hour. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, the Busser plays a vital supporting role within the Food and Beverage team, focusing primarily on assisting servers and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of dining areas. The working hours for this role are from 7am to 3pm, making it ideal for individuals seeking predictable shifts in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
Bussers are essential to the Club's commitment to exceptional service. They contribute by ensuring that dining areas are immaculate and well organized, tables are quickly cleared and reset, and all service stations are appropriately stocked throughout each shift. Bussers also help enforce Club policies, particularly those regarding the responsible service of alcoholic beverages. The role demands physical fitness as it involves standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical activities such as bending and reaching. The Club values those who operate well under pressure, work collaboratively, and maintain a respectful attitude toward colleagues and members.
