We are now seeking a reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Busser to join our fast-paced Peruvian restaurant team. This role is integral to maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment while supporting servers and kitchen staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Busser is responsible for quickly clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to enable timely seating of guests, assisting servers with food delivery and guest service needs, and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms. This position demands a person who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and who is committed to upholding food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and punctual
Strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of basic cleaning and sanitation procedures

Job Duties

Quickly clear, clean, and reset tables to ensure timely seating of guests
Assist servers with food delivery, water refills, and other guest service needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms
Refill condiments, napkins, utensils, and other dining room supplies
Sweep, mop, and clean spills promptly to maintain a safe environment
Assist with opening and closing side work
Support the front-of-house team during busy service periods
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to guests and coworkers
