  • Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to 5 hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school education
  • Previous experience as a busser is preferred but not required
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to engage positively with guests
  • Adaptable and able to prioritize tasks
  • Openness to constructive feedback and coaching
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple restaurant positions

Job Duties

  • Engage in personable, prompt, and polite interactions with guests
  • Respond to guest questions and know where to find information if unknown
  • Clear, clean, set and re-set tables with complete place settings including silverware, glasses, dishes, and napkins
  • Exercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to ensure minimum breakage
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and common areas including tables, counters, equipment, restrooms, and floors at all times
  • Proactively assist other team members or management during downtime
  • Notify management of any guest comments, suggestions or complaints
