Job Requirements

  • Experience in baking
  • basic math skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to work as a team player
  • ability to follow procedures and directions
  • capacity to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • must be able to remain standing for the entire length of the shift while walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
  • keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • utilize kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
  • ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
  • perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
