Job Requirements
- Experience in baking
- basic math skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work as a team player
- ability to follow procedures and directions
- capacity to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- must be able to remain standing for the entire length of the shift while walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions

Job Duties
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
- keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
- utilize kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
- ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
