Job Description

Dunkin' Donuts is a globally recognized leader in the baked goods and coffee industry, known for serving more than 3 million customers daily. Founded in 1950 by Bill Rosenberg in Quincy, Massachusetts, Dunkin' Donuts has grown through franchising since 1955, becoming the world’s leading baked goods and coffee chain. Offering a wide selection of 52 donut varieties, over a dozen coffee beverages, as well as an assortment of bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and other baked goods, Dunkin' Donuts has become a staple for quick, delicious treats and beverages. Our location is a locally owned and operated franchise, where we pride ourselves on creating a fast-paced, high energy environment that fosters interaction with a loyal and diverse customer base. Working here means being part of a brand that emphasizes quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction, while supporting the growth and development of our team members. We provide a professional setting where dedication and hard work are recognized and rewarded. Joining our Dunkin' Donuts franchise means becoming part of a respected name in the food service industry with opportunities to build skills in baking, customer service, and teamwork.

The Overnight Baker role is essential for maintaining the quality and consistency of our baked goods, including donuts, bagels, croissants, and more. The Baker/Finisher is responsible for performing all pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures to ensure that the finished products meet Dunkin' Donuts’ high standards. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in craftsmanship to prepare baked goods on schedule, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. The position demands someone who can work independently as well as cooperate effectively within a team environment. Time management and multitasking are critical as the baker must finish production timely and transition smoothly to other roles as needed. In addition to baking, the Finisher/Baker is required to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, uphold food safety and sanitation protocols, and assist with merchandising to keep bakery cases attractive and well-stocked throughout the shift. This position offers an opportunity for personal and professional growth by learning and partnering with managers for additional training and supporting new team members as they develop. Working for this franchise involves adhering to Dunkin' Donuts brand standards, crew policies, safety regulations, and uniform guidelines.
