Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking experience required
- basic math proficiency
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
- strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Experience in baking required
- basic math skills to understand calculate and follow recipe measurements
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- ability to work as a team player following procedures and taking directions
- capacity to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Follow recipes portion sizes and to quality standards
- keep workstations and equipment clean organized sanitized and sufficiently stocked
- utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives slicers pots steamers and ovens
- ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
- perform opening closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
