The company offers vital services to more than 300,000 business customer locations across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. With a workforce comprising over 14,000 dedicated team partners, UniFirst has established a strong presence and reputation within the $18 billion garment services market. Notably recognized for its business excellence, UniFirst has been featured in the top 10 on Selling Power magazine's "Best Companies to Sell For" and included in Forbes magazine's "Platinum 400 - Best Big Companies" list. This acclaim speaks volumes about UniFirst's commitment to growth, innovation, and maintaining a positive work environment for its employees.

The fabric of UniFirst is woven from its very unique family culture where team partners experience a small company atmosphere while benefitting from the stability and resources typical of a large organization. The company fosters diversity, inclusion, and a welcoming environment where different cultures, personalities, and backgrounds are valued and encouraged. This collaborative culture is one of the key factors that make UniFirst stand out and is fundamental to their approach to business and community.

UniFirst currently seeks reliable and hardworking Production Team Partners to join their Production Department. This role is essential as it marks the beginning of UniFirst's production process every morning, where the team collaborates to clear out soiled products from service trucks. Candidates can expect a supportive work environment, an immediate opening, and comprehensive on-the-job training to develop necessary skills and expertise. Benefiting from a 5-day workweek, team partners enjoy their weekends off, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

This position offers more than just employment; it offers career opportunities. Team partners receive ongoing cross-training that exposes them to various production areas, improving their versatility and career potential. UniFirst actively promotes from within, with many managerial staff members having started on the production floor, providing motivation and a clear career pathway for new hires.

UniFirst offers competitive hourly pay alongside a robust benefits package, including health insurance, a 401K plan with company match, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement. The employee assistance program, life insurance, paid time off, direct payroll deposit, an employee discount of 30%, and referral bonuses further enhance the overall compensation. This comprehensive compensation package underscores UniFirst's investment in their team’s professional and personal well-being.

In sum, joining UniFirst means becoming part of a company that values its people, supports growth, promotes diversity, and ensures a balanced and rewarding work experience.
