Job Requirements
- Availability Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm
- ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- prior serving and barista experience preferred
- willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies
- eligibility to work in the United States
- capability to handle physical demands of the role
- ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly while maintaining safety and sanitation standards
- follow up with guests to assist with additional needs
- demonstrate knowledge of menu items and accommodate dietary preferences
- communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- collect tickets and handle cash transactions properly
- maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- address guest complaints promptly and professionally
- prepare the dining area before and after service
- operate equipment such as coffee machines and soda dispensers
- collaborate with other staff during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
