Job Requirements

  • Availability Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm
  • ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • prior serving and barista experience preferred
  • willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies
  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • capability to handle physical demands of the role
  • ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
  • deliver food promptly while maintaining safety and sanitation standards
  • follow up with guests to assist with additional needs
  • demonstrate knowledge of menu items and accommodate dietary preferences
  • communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
  • collect tickets and handle cash transactions properly
  • maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
  • address guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • prepare the dining area before and after service
  • operate equipment such as coffee machines and soda dispensers
  • collaborate with other staff during special events
  • perform other duties as assigned
