We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team full-time. This role offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 and encompasses working flexible shifts including morning, day, and evening shifts. As a Server within our fine dining environment, you will be an essential frontline ambassador representing our restaurant's values and standards. Your primary responsibility is to ensure guests receive outstanding service that enriches their dining experience, from the moment they arrive until they leave.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings and possess strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures. Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Aloha, is considered a valuable asset. In this role, you will greet and seat guests promptly, provide detailed information about daily specials, and take accurate food and drink orders. You will utilize the Aloha POS system to communicate orders efficiently to the kitchen staff, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Your duties also include serving food and beverages in a timely manner while strictly adhering to sanitation and food safety standards. You will be expected to handle cash transactions with precision and maintain a clean, organized dining area by sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Additionally, you will assist guests with inquiries or special requests, fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
