The Server/Waitstaff role at HumanGood is essential in creating a warm and inviting dining experience for residents and their guests. This full-time position operates Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, offering pay ranging from $20.50 to $27.50 per hour, depending on experience. The role involves preparing the dining area to ensure it is welcoming and orderly, taking accurate meal orders from residents and guests with attention to detail, serving meals promptly and with care to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and readiness of dining tables throughout service. A successful Server/Waitstaff member embodies friendly and attentive service, contributing significantly to the overall dining atmosphere and resident satisfaction. Working primarily with older adults, the role requires sensitivity to their specific needs and preferences, enhancing the dining experience through patient and courteous interactions. Additionally, the Server/Waitstaff collaborates with kitchen and dining teams to create a seamless service flow that upholds the high standards of HumanGood’s dining services.   • More than 1 year of prior waitstaff/server experience
  • experience working with seniors is a plus
  • food handler's or ServSafe certification preferred
  • availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
