We are currently seeking a dedicated Intern to assist our Venue Manager and Event Planner in overseeing the operations of our venue, particularly during wedding days and special events. This internship presents an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in hospitality or event planning to gain invaluable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a genuine passion for customer service, and an eagerness to learn the ins and outs of venue operations and event coordination. Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in hospitality, event management, or related field
  • Availability to work flexible hours including event days and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Basic knowledge of venue operations and event planning

Job Duties

  • Assist in venue operations to ensure smooth functioning during events
  • Creating tour packets for incoming couples
  • Assist in event day setup and takedown
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with event planners to ensure all requirements are met for successful events
  • Train in hospitality for best practices to enhance service quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue to create an inviting atmosphere
  • Assist in daily projects/tasks assigned by upper management
