Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in hospitality, event management, or related field
- Availability to work flexible hours including event days and weekends
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of venue operations and event planning

Job Duties
- Assist in venue operations to ensure smooth functioning during events
- Creating tour packets for incoming couples
- Assist in event day setup and takedown
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with event planners to ensure all requirements are met for successful events
- Train in hospitality for best practices to enhance service quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue to create an inviting atmosphere
- Assist in daily projects/tasks assigned by upper management
