The role requires diligent coordination with multiple departments including Food & Beverage and Audio Visual teams to confirm special arrangements and maintain smooth communication throughout the event lifecycle.
The manager is responsible for maintaining comprehensive records, verifying space requirements, and ensuring that meeting room setups meet client specifications. They must be adept at managing changes in event details such as agendas and room blocks while promptly communicating revisions to relevant departments. Another critical aspect involves finalizing programs and conducting thorough pre-event checks to guarantee readiness, fostering an environment where quality and satisfaction are paramount.

Job Duties
- Serve as the onsite contact for all assigned groups collaborating with clients to produce Banquet Event Orders and Convention Resumes
- Ensure all special arrangements including Food & Beverage and Audio Visual requests are properly documented authorized and distributed
- Maintain detailed files notes records and trace systems to ensure events meet customer expectations
- Verify space requirements and meeting room set-up with clients and ensure public spaces are properly maintained
- Confirm revisions in agendas room blocks and other event details and communicate changes to relevant departments promptly
- Finalize programs and agendas with clients and conduct pre-event checks to ensure readiness
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality and satisfaction for all scheduled functions
