The role of the Guest Service Expert at Renaissance Hotels is an integral part of the frontline team, tasked with delivering exceptional service that transforms ordinary guest interactions into extraordinary experiences. This is a part-time, non-management position based in Plano, Texas. The role involves more than just serving food and beverages; it focuses on creating a memorable and unique guest experience that highlights service excellence and personalized attention. Guest Service Experts take initiative to provide a full range of services designed to enhance the guest’s experience, from setting tables and coordinating with kitchen staff to interacting with guests and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work and storage areas. The physical demands of the position require individuals who are active and agile, capable of standing, sitting, and moving for extended periods, as well as handling various physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds without assistance. Attention to detail is essential, including checking menus and ensuring all communication and appearance meet professional standards. This position is tip-eligible, providing additional earning opportunities based on service quality.
