The property is currently seeking a dynamic Head Bartender for the Brazos PTK restaurant’s expanding bar team. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $12 per hour plus tips and biweekly pay. The role is designed for an experienced professional passionate about crafting unique cocktails and beverages and is focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Head Bartender will lead the team in providing swift, high-quality service from pre-dinner drinks to creating a welcoming ambiance in a stylish bar setting. This pivotal position involves training new bartenders, improving beverage menus, managing inventory, and maintaining exemplary service standards and cleanliness.

- Two to three years bartending experience
- Craft cocktail experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assist with weekly ordering needs
- Assist with redeveloping and improving beverage menus
- In charge of training all new bartenders
- Assist leadership with ensuring team members follow procedures and standards
- Compose and be knowledgeable of standard drinks and liquors or wines specific to lounge bar
- Plan and maintain par levels for bar inventory
- Prepare daily orders for bar items to maintain parts
- Responsible for cash handling and bank procedures as outlined by the accounting department
- Perform accurate bar inventories as outlined by leadership expectations
- Responsible for learning suggestive selling techniques and using them during services
- Maintain cleanliness of all workplace areas that apply to the bar
- Maintain perfectly crisp professional image and uniform
