Job Description

This position is offered by a vibrant and guest-focused establishment specializing in providing a full-service alcoholic beverage experience within a park setting. Known for creating a friendly, clean, fast, and safe environment, the company prides itself on delivering exceptional service while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The organization values hospitality, efficiency, and responsibility, ensuring each guest enjoys a pleasant and secure visit. Maintaining this supportive atmosphere requires dedicated staff who are attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do.

The role of the bartender is central to delivering this promise. A bartender in this setting is responsible not only for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes but also for creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for park guests. Attention to detail is critical; incorporating company policies around alcohol awareness and identification verification ensures responsible serving practices. Bartenders must monitor guest behavior for signs of intoxication and act accordingly, including notifying security or leadership when necessary. Cleanliness and hygiene are a priority, and bartenders are expected to uphold company sanitation procedures while consistently maintaining the bar setup and tools in top condition.

Additionally, this role demands excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bartenders are responsible for moving supplies, restocking inventory, handling cash transactions prudently, and completing opening and closing duties. They must be creative, with a flair for developing new themed drink concepts that enhance the guest experience, demonstrating innovation within company guidelines.

Previous bartending or food service experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as the company is committed to training responsible, outgoing, and aggressive personalities dedicated to guest satisfaction. Working here means becoming part of a team focused on creating memorable experiences, blending safety with fun and professionalism.
