As a bartender at Torchy's, you play a pivotal role in creating what the company calls a "Damn Good" experience for every guest. The bartender at Torchy's is responsible for providing full-service dining experiences by expertly mixing cocktails according to proprietary recipes, engaging warmly with guests, and ensuring all bar-related operations meet stringent standards of cleanliness and efficiency. This role also requires comprehensive menu knowledge to make informed recommendations that enhance the overall guest experience. The company offers a starting pay of $8.00 per hour, plus tips, and flexible scheduling to accommodate various lifestyles. Job Requirements
- Previous experience preferred
- A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE)
- Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency
- Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
