The Bar Team at Pinthouse Beverage is an essential part of this experience, playing a vital role in delivering friendly and responsive service that ensures every guest leaves with a memorable impression. The team is responsible for initiating transactions, taking accurate orders, and expediting items from the kitchen while maintaining cleanliness in the guest area. Members of this team are not only servers but also key resources for guests, offering expert knowledge about the variety of Pinthouse Beers available. Working as a member of the Bar Team involves more than just serving drinks; it demands constant attentiveness to the guests' experience, ensuring satisfaction with both food and service. Team members must maintain a friendly and engaging demeanor at all times, follow all applicable state and city alcoholic beverage laws, and demonstrate responsibility in handling food orders with accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, the role includes significant operational responsibilities such as organizing the keg room, line cleaning, keg changing, CO2 troubleshooting, and maintaining the overall organization of the cooler.
This position requires a keen understanding of the bar’s offerings, including thorough knowledge of the beer menu and allergen information related to the food menu, enabling team members to provide accurate and helpful information to guests. Team members also handle payment processing accurately and maintain cleanliness throughout their shift, performing various cleaning tasks to sustain a pleasant environment.

Job Duties
- monitor and observe guests' dining experience
- ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service
- respond promptly and courteously to any requests
- maintain a friendly and engaging demeanor at all times
- follow and practice all state, city, and PHP alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and regulations
- take food orders from guests
- accurately enter orders in Toast point-of-sale
- maintain extensive knowledge of the keg room
- organize cooler including line cleaning, keg changing, CO2 troubleshooting
- complete opening and closing checklists including cleaning tasks
- know food menu including allergens and relay information
- understand beer menu broadly and specifically
- handle, store and rotate products properly
- accept payment and process credit card charges or make change
- clean tables and dining room surfaces continuously
- perform other duties assigned by manager-on-duty
