Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests, building personal connections through friendly conversation and intuitive drink recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized bar station
- complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes
- Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations
- Accurately process all payment methods including cash, card, and digital
- Complete end-of-shift reconciliation
- Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
- Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
