Currently, Rosetta Bakery is looking to hire full-time Front of the House (FOH) team members who will take on roles including server, cashier, and barista. This position demands a highly motivated individual who embodies excellent communication skills, a friendly and positive demeanor, and a sincere desire to deliver outstanding service to every customer. The FOH team member acts as the first point of contact, warmly greeting customers as they enter and exit, explaining menu items effectively, and ensuring the entire customer journey is smooth and enjoyable. This role requires good memorization skills to remember various menu items and fillings, as well as meticulous attention to detail to keep the food displays well-stocked and visually attractive according to Rosetta Bakery’s standards.

The role also includes managing the cash register efficiently, maintaining accuracy in cash handling, and preparing and serving a range of coffee and espresso beverages to the highest standards. FOH team members must collaborate closely with back-of-house staff to maintain a clean, well-organized environment, adhering strictly to health and safety requirements. Working in this fast-paced setting necessitates stamina and the ability to remain standing for long hours, along with a strong commitment to teamwork and company policies including uniform and food handling standards.

Scheduling for this position is full-time with mandatory weekend shifts, available mornings and afternoons at two convenient Miami Beach locations: 1666 Lenox Avenue and 1666 Collins Avenue. Compensation includes a competitive base rate of $14.00 per hour plus tips from a loyal customer base, offering strong earning potential.
