The role of Receptionist/Office Assistant at Southland Holdings is crucial as it serves as the primary point of contact for clients, employees, and visitors. The receptionist is responsible for managing incoming communications and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the office. The Receptionist/Office Assistant will handle incoming calls, professionally route these to appropriate personnel including executives and various company entities, and respond to company-related inquiries.
