Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle inquiries with professionalism
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Work authorization in the United States
- Ability to use scheduling and front desk software
