We are currently seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining smooth office operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting the team. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly both in person and over the phone, managing appointment scheduling, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. In addition to administrative tasks, you will engage with prospective and existing clients, identify opportunities for insurance products, and provide follow-up service to ensure customer satisfaction.
