As a Security Officer Full Time Receptionist with Military Police experience based in Austin, TX, you will be an integral part of this esteemed organization. This role primarily serves and safeguards clients in industries such as technology, media, and telecommunications by maintaining a secure environment and providing exceptional customer service. You will be tasked with patrolling assigned premises to ensure safety, monitoring access points, and utilizing technology to support security protocols effectively. Working within a fast-paced, technology-driven setting, you will maintain a visible presence to deter incidents and respond promptly to security-related concerns. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $25.00, with a work schedule predominantly from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The role involves performing duties such as processing access control, conducting random patrols of business and perimeter areas, managing visitor access, and responding calmly and efficiently to possible emergencies or security incidents. Utilizing computer or tablet devices is preferred to enhance security reporting and communication.
