We are currently seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, offering a stable schedule and a solid starting point for a rewarding career in the home services sector. The position extends beyond simply answering phones — you will be the first friendly voice that many customers hear when calling Leaky's, playing a key role in shaping their experience and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is sharp, positive, and ready to grow with the company. No prior experience is required, though a background in the service industry, especially in home services such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or office experience with software like ServiceTitan, is highly advantageous and may lead to a higher salary. Your responsibilities will include answering and routing calls, greeting customers, assisting with basic inquiries and follow-ups, and maintaining organizational tasks like paperwork and digital files. Beyond these core duties, you will also make follow-up calls after jobs are completed and help ensure smooth scheduling and service coordination.
