Job Requirements
- minimum bachelor's degree
- at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical event management
- proven ability to manage international meetings
- strong knowledge of industry standards and SOPs
- proficiency with online registration and virtual meeting tools
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to travel internationally
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- logical and detail-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications

- familiarity with Cvent and virtual meeting platforms
- proven client relationship management skills
- strong problem-solving and communication abilities

- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Duties
- organize and manage meeting logistics for flawless planning and execution
- manage client expectations and provide timely status updates
- coordinate domestic and international travel and on-site event management
- ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and internal SOPs
- oversee budget accuracy, invoice processing, and financial reconciliation
- collaborate with team members to resolve project conflicts and improve efficiencies
- stay informed about industry trends, venues, and virtual meeting platforms
