Job Requirements
- Any combination of education and experience that allows successful performance in the role
- ability to work flexible schedule
- obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire
- obtain food handlers certification within 30 days of hire
- willingness to comply with City policies and procedures
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience with computer systems and accounting procedures
- knowledge of aquatic facility operations and programs
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- food handlers certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Job Duties
- Perform clerical duties including data entry and filing
- assist customers with sales of passes and merchandise
- manage registrations for aquatic programs
- handle general reception responsibilities such as answering phones and greeting visitors
- maintain accurate accounting records
- ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
- provide support for special events and program activities
