Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible
- Capable of multitasking and working as part of a team
- Ability to manage time efficiently

Job Duties
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities

- Encourage participant involvement in community activities and social engagement
- Document and report participant progress and needs accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care and support
