This is a full-time Housekeeping position within one of Ace Hardware's distribution centers. The role offers an hourly wage range from $16.90 to $21.10 and features competitive benefits tailored to support employees in both their professional and personal lives. The Housekeeping role is a vital part of maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment within the warehouse and office settings. Responsibilities include cleaning aisles, managing waste materials such as cardboard, sweeping, vacuuming, and ensuring all work areas are sanitized and maintained to the highest standards.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for routine cleaning duties such as bag good aisle maintenance, waste disposal, bale making, and sanitizing door handles and handrails to prevent the spread of germs. Other tasks include snow removal during inclement weather to keep sidewalks safe, cleaning bathrooms, office areas, and break rooms, and ordering housekeeping supplies. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety, making it critical for the candidate to practice and promote safe behavior consistently.
