The role of Housekeeper at The Pointe is a pivotal position within the Maintenance and Housekeeping Department that directly influences the comfort, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the community. This full-time position, reporting to the Director of Maintenance, entails ensuring hygienic living spaces by adhering strictly to The Pointe’s cleaning procedures both in individual apartments and shared common areas. The Housekeeper plays an essential role in maintaining the integrity and tidiness of the environment, including responsibilities like managing housekeeping carts, janitorial closets, and cleaning equipment with precision and care. This position requires the individual to be proactive in identifying maintenance issues and responding promptly to any unscheduled cleanups, thereby sustaining a pleasant and safe living environment for all residents.

Beyond routine housekeeping tasks, this role involves cooperation with various departments, especially in preparation and cleanup for special events, highlighting the importance of teamwork and communication.
