Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of housekeeping, janitorial, cleaning, or related experience
- Hospital, hotel, or healthcare cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a hospital environment
- Ability to work rotating weekends and assigned shifts
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms including discharge rooms
- Clean hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other public areas
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces and equipment
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility
- Remove trash and recyclables
- Handle and transport linens as needed
- Follow hospital cleaning, safety, and infection-control procedures
- Work with team members and hospital staff to maintain a clean environment
- Complete assigned tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting
