Job Description

Our company is a dedicated care facility committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for elderly and disabled residents. We specialize in offering high-quality residential care that focuses on the well-being and dignity of our residents. As a reputable organization, we pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming atmosphere not only for residents but also for staff and visitors alike. Our commitment to excellent service and support is reflected in every aspect of our facility's operation, from cleanliness to compassionate interaction.

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. In this vital role, the Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the residential and common areas of the facility. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing a range of cleaning duties, including scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting. Attention to detail and consistency in performing tasks help ensure that the environment remains safe, sanitary, and welcoming for all who enter.

The Housekeeper plays a key role in restocking essential supplies such as paper products and soap, ensuring that all areas are adequately equipped at all times. This position also involves respectful daily engagement with residents, visitors, and staff to promote a positive and supportive atmosphere. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment are highly valued attributes for this role.

Beyond routine cleaning tasks, the Housekeeper contributes directly to the well-being of our residents by maintaining an environment that supports physical health and emotional comfort. This role demands someone who is organized, dependable, and genuinely caring toward elderly and disabled individuals. The ability to work cooperatively with team members and contribute to a supportive work culture is essential.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance to protect the wellbeing of our employees. Additional protections such as Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), short-term disability, cancer insurance, critical illness coverage, and hospital confinement benefits provide further security. Our life insurance policies, including whole and term options, are designed to offer peace of mind for you and your family.

Professional development is encouraged through tuition reimbursement programs which support continued education and growth within the company. Paid time off ensures that our employees have the opportunity to rest and recharge, while immediate eligibility for our 401(k) retirement plan helps you plan for your future. We also provide exceptional corporate resources to support our team in their daily work and to foster a healthy work-life balance.

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment free from discrimination or harassment. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by law. Join our team and contribute to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents through your dedication and care.
