Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Demonstrated communication and adaptability skills
- Capacity to multitask and work effectively in a team
- Strong time-management abilities
- Patient, compassionate, and responsible attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
