Currently, Stoney Brook Hewitt, one of the communities within 4-K Housing, is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to join their dedicated team. The Housekeeper role is essential to ensuring the community remains clean, safe, comfortable, and hygienic for all residents and staff. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to work with seniors, including those with dementia and other age-related behaviors, demonstrating patience, compassion, and a positive attitude.

The Full-Time Housekeeper will carry out various janitorial duties throughout the community. Responsibilities include cleaning and replenishing restrooms, emptying trash and recycle bins, maintaining cleanliness in offices, common areas, dining areas, and resident rooms. The Housekeeper must also handle vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning interior glass surfaces, along with keeping janitorial supplies well organized and stocked. Safety is a top priority; all cleaning procedures must comply with company standards, OSHA guidelines, and relevant health and building codes.

This position operates Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with holiday shifts on rotation, providing consistent daytime hours suitable for individuals seeking a structured work schedule. 4-K Housing offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, and vision coverage with over 50% of costs covered by the employer.
