This position supports multiple shifts with flexible full-time, part-time, and seasonal employment options to suit a variety of schedules. The Cleaner plays a vital role in ensuring that client properties reflect the company’s commitment to quality and professionalism.

In this role, Cleaners are expected to perform basic yet essential cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, emptying trash and recycling receptacles, and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms. They operate various cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums to maintain commercial spaces meticulously. Safety and compliance are paramount; Cleaners must adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment. Reporting any maintenance issues or potential hazards is also a crucial part of the role, helping management address concerns promptly.

Harvard Maintenance offers competitive pay at $15.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and a 401K savings plan, supporting the well-being and future security of their employees.
