While McDonald’s USA is a widely recognized global fast-food chain, this particular restaurant operates independently from McDonald’s USA in all employment matters. This means that the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, is responsible for hiring, firing, supervising, staffing, and scheduling employees. The franchisee runs this establishment with a focus on delivering a great customer experience using McDonald’s trusted brand and food offerings, but maintains its own management and operational decisions.

The position available is a Department Manager role within the restaurant. Department Managers play a pivotal role in leading shifts each week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service every visit. Depending on the specific department they lead, managers have responsibilities ranging from managing guest service, kitchen operations, to people management. The Guest Service Department Manager focuses on delivering excellent customer service, overseeing service staff training, and organizing front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru operations. The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the food quality meets high standards, controls food costs, ensures food safety, and oversees production training including new menu items. The People Department Manager manages crew recruitment, training, scheduling, and employee motivation to meet restaurant sales and profit targets.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, especially in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.
