Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant event management or coordination experience
- ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously under tight deadlines
- strong organizational skills including budget and vendor management
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- adaptability to cyclical workloads and changing priorities
- willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10 times per year
- ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years in event management or coordination with experience in managing complex B2B events
- proven ability to juggle multiple events with tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail
- strong organizational skills and adeptness in budget and vendor management
- excellent communication skills with a track record of working with senior leadership
Job Duties
- Manage all logistics for corporate events and conferences from venue selection to on-site execution and attendee communication
- collaborate with various teams to align events with strategic goals and communicate updates to stakeholders
- establish and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure exceptional event delivery
- develop and track event budgets while ensuring prudent spending and detailed documentation of contracts and invoices
- oversee logistics for webinars and internal meetings and manage marketing materials
- promote a smooth operational flow during events
- coordinate cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement for event success
