Job Description

Norstella is a pioneering company at the forefront of redefining global life sciences data and artificial intelligence solutions, committed to enhancing patient access to critical therapies. As a mission-driven organization, Norstella collaborates closely with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies throughout the drug development pipeline to facilitate more efficient and timely market access for new therapies. With subsidiaries including MMIT, Panalgo, and Skipta, Norstella stands out as an influential player in the life sciences and healthcare industries. The company embraces a culture rooted in boldness, passion, integrity, kindness, resilience, and continual learning, fostering a workplace environment that values empathy, humility, and perseverance. Norstella is dedicated to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce where every team member can contribute to meaningful advancements in patient care. The Corporate Events Coordinator role at Norstella is a full-time position that offers an expected base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, supplemented by a competitive benefits package and eligibility for discretionary bonuses.

In this role, you will be an integral part of Norstella’s vibrant marketing team, responsible for managing and executing a wide array of corporate functions, tradeshow events, conferences, and internal meetings. You will coordinate activities not only for Norstella but also for its subsidiaries, ensuring consistency and excellence across all event efforts. Your responsibilities span from initial venue selection through to on-site event execution, managing communication with attendees, and handling the logistical elements that contribute to successful event delivery. This position requires a strategic yet detail-oriented professional who can collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams and external vendors to align events with Norstella’s overarching goals and marketing strategy.

The Corporate Events Coordinator will take charge of budget management, tracking expenditures diligently while maintaining transparency through thorough documentation of contracts and invoices. You will also have operational responsibilities such as coordinating logistics for webinars and internal meetings and managing marketing resources to ensure smooth execution throughout the event lifecycle. Adaptability and resilience are essential for handling a cyclic workload, particularly in busy event seasons, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10 times per year is expected. Successful candidates will thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and exceptional communication prowess, especially when engaging with senior leadership. If you are passionate about event management and motivated by contributing to a company dedicated to groundbreaking therapies and improved patient outcomes, Norstella offers an exciting career opportunity where your efforts make a tangible impact.
