Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality event management or related field
- minimum 3+ years of experience in event production hospitality or related field
- willingness to work outside standard business hours including early morning late evenings occasional weekends and long days ranging from 12-16 hours
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- proficient in MS products and technology used in event management
- strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage end-to-end event execution including scheduling vendor negotiations transportation accommodations catering audiovisual arrangements and participant engagement
- collaborate with internal event team and external partners to ensure clear communication and seamless coordination
- develop cohesive event themes and innovative experiences aligned with organizational goals
- manage event budgets process expenses and contracts maintain detailed participant records
- leverage technology platforms such as Smartsheet for project planning and communication
- anticipate and mitigate potential risks related to safety compliance and logistics
- facilitate regular meetings with facilitators vendors and stakeholders to set expectations and maintain quality standards
- analyze event performance trends provide feedback and share insights for continuous improvement
- attend all events manage technical and audiovisual components guide participants and foster an environment of empathy and cultural sensitivity
