Job Duties

  • manage the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse and dining outlets
  • oversee banquet operations and ensure exceptional service standards
  • train and develop food and beverage staff to maintain quality
  • manage budgets to achieve financial goals
  • collaborate with other department leaders for seamless operation
  • ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
  • participate in member relations and special events
