Job Requirements
- answer phones, direct calls, and greet visitors
- assist with administrative tasks for the accounting department
- manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- take out trash and maintain a clean office environment
- make deliveries and pick-ups as needed
- handle incoming and outgoing mail
- help organize company events
- support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
- take vehicles in for oil changes, repairs, and car washes as needed
Job Qualifications

- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
