Job Description
We are a dedicated senior care facility committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that focuses on the unique needs of our residents and their families. Our establishment nurtures a family-like atmosphere where respect, trust, integrity, and appreciation form the foundation of our workplace culture. We take pride in fostering a positive environment of collaboration and communication among our team members, ensuring that everyone contributes to a shared vision of excellence in care. Our mission revolves around person-centered care, which allows us to support the well-being and dignity of each individual we serve. As part of our ongoing growth and commitment to outstanding service, we are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team on weekends only, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.87 to $18.37, providing an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in weekend work within a supportive healthcare setting.
As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for everyone entering our facility. Your warm and professional demeanor will set the tone for visitors and callers, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional customer service. Beyond greeting visitors and answering telephones, you will direct calls to the appropriate personnel and provide general administrative support essential to the smooth functioning of our facility. This role demands strong organizational skills, proficiency with technology such as Microsoft Word, Excel, 10-key calculators, copiers, and mailing equipment, as well as clear and pleasant communication. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, preferably with some exposure to senior care or healthcare environments, although this is not mandatory.
Our facility values each team member's contribution and offers competitive wages, access to earned wages before payday through UKG Wallet, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also support your professional development through continuing education and training opportunities, preparing you for future growth within the healthcare sector. If you are ready to become a part of a team that values excellence, respect, and integrity, and are eager to take on a vital role in supporting our residents and their families, we encourage you to apply. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusivity and diversity in our hiring practices.
