Job Duties

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the practice management system
  • Collect and post payments, verify insurance, and handle billing inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office confidentiality standards
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
